About Payment

About Shipping

We will inspect and ship the pre-order items as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. During this stage, you will receive a shipping notification from us, including a specific tracking number, allowing you to monitor the latest progress of your delivery.

About Cancellation

Once a pre-order item is purchased, we do not accept any form or reason for order cancellation. These items are highly sought after, and our suppliers do not allow us to cancel orders. If our credibility is damaged, we may face restrictions on participating in future pre-orders. Therefore, please make your purchase decision carefully. Thank you for your understanding.

The only situation where an order cancellation might occur is if the supplier or creator is unable to produce or deliver the item. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the full amount to you.
